Now taking on Q3 engagements

Investment Fidelity Company

NetSuite, payments, and
the software in between.

We build SuiteApps, payment integrations, and backend systems for businesses where 75% of ERP integrations fail and the difference between a working system and a six-month rewrite is hiring people who've shipped this before.

What we do

Six capabilities. One small senior team behind all of them.

We deliberately stay narrow. Everything below is something we ship to production for paying clients today — not a list of buzzwords pulled off a sales deck.

Payments engineering

Card processing, ACH, recurring billing, tokenization, and PCI-aware architectures. We've shipped against FreedomPay FCC, Stripe, Dwolla, and Elavon — and we know which one you actually want.

  • FreedomPay
  • Stripe
  • ACH
  • Level II/III
  • PCI

NetSuite integration

SuiteApps, SuiteScripts, RESTlets, custom records, and the connective tissue that lets external services talk to NetSuite without dragging your books down with them.

  • SuiteApp
  • SuiteScript
  • OAuth 1.0
  • Map/Reduce

Backend systems & APIs

Go and TypeScript services on AWS — Temporal-orchestrated workflows, REST and gRPC APIs, Postgres at the bottom, and the observability you need to sleep at night.

  • Go
  • TypeScript
  • Temporal
  • AWS
  • Postgres

Web & mobile front-ends

Vue 3, Angular, and React applications that actually feel finished — accessibility-aware, type-safe, fast on a phone. iOS and Android wallet integrations when tickets and payment cards need to live on a device.

  • Vue 3
  • Angular
  • React
  • Apple Wallet
  • Google Wallet

Legacy modernization & rescue

We come in when the team that built it is gone, the documentation is wrong, and the bug list is older than the code. Stabilize, document, replace one piece at a time.

  • Refactor
  • Stabilization
  • Rewrites
  • Migrations

Architecture & advisory

Architecture reviews, vendor selection, security posture audits, and short-engagement consulting for teams that want a senior outside perspective before they commit.

  • Audits
  • Vendor selection
  • Security

Strategic partnerships

We don't operate as a freelance shop.

Investment Fidelity Company maintains long-running operating partnerships that give us deeper context, better tooling, and access to systems most agencies never get to see — let alone ship code into.

Strategic technology partner

Nimbus Payments

NetSuite-integrated payment processing — ePay, Point of Sale, ACH, Level II/III, MSP/ISO of Elavon. We are the engineering team behind their core processing stack.

FAQ

The questions we get asked most.

Do I need a NetSuite consultant or a NetSuite developer?
It depends on what's broken. A consultant configures NetSuite and trains your team — they live in the standard module set. A developer writes SuiteScript, builds SuiteApps, and integrates external services. We're developers. If your problem is "NetSuite isn't doing what we need" or "NetSuite needs to talk to this other system," you need engineering, and that's what we sell. If it's "we don't know how to use NetSuite," hire a consultant first.
Do you build "Built for NetSuite" certified SuiteApps?
Yes. We architect SuiteApps to the SDN standards — bundle structure, custom records, scripted records, scheduled jobs — so the published bundle can pursue Built for NetSuite certification. We've shipped production SuiteApps for payment processing, shipping, and back-office operations.
What payment processors do you integrate?
We've shipped production integrations against FreedomPay (FCC), Stripe, Elavon, Dwolla, and CyberSource. We maintain an open-source Go library for FreedomPay's Commerce Connect API. We can also tell you which processor you actually want — Stripe for some businesses, FreedomPay for others, Dwolla for ACH-heavy use cases. The first conversation is usually "is your current vendor right for what you're trying to do."
Why is the "75% of ERP integrations fail" line on the homepage?
Because the industry data backs it up. Most NetSuite integrations fail not because the code is hard but because the integration was scoped without enough attention to idempotency, retries, schema evolution, and failure modes. We build for those things from day one. It's why our integrations don't end up on the failed-projects pile.
Do you work with non-NetSuite businesses?
Yes. Roughly half of our work is NetSuite-bound; the other half is payments engineering, backend services, and web/mobile applications for businesses that have nothing to do with NetSuite. The same engineering rigor applies.
How do engagements typically start?
A 30-minute discovery call (free) followed by a paid one-week discovery engagement that produces a written report — scope, risks, recommendation. After that, you decide whether to continue with a real plan in hand. Full process is on the Process page.

Have a system we should be looking at?

We take on a small number of engagements at a time so the people doing the work are the people you talk to. If your problem is in our wheelhouse, we'll tell you. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.
