What helps us help you faster
If you can include any of the following in your first message, we can respond with something more useful than "let's set up a call":
- ▸One paragraph on what the system does today and what's broken or missing.
- ▸Approximate timeline and budget — even a rough range. "$50K-ish" is more useful than "depends."
- ▸Whether there's an existing team in place, and how you'd want us to slot in.
- ▸Any vendors or platforms already in play (NetSuite, Stripe, FreedomPay, AWS, etc.).
We sign NDAs before anything sensitive is shared. If a confidentiality agreement is a precondition for the first conversation, just say so in your initial message.
