Nimbus Payments is a US-based payment processing provider specializing in NetSuite-integrated commerce. They are a registered MSP/ISO of Elavon, Inc. — a U.S. Bancorp subsidiary — and ship payment infrastructure for businesses in manufacturing, distribution, construction, and services.

Investment Fidelity Company is the engineering team behind several core systems in the Nimbus Payments stack — the NetSuite-integrated processing flows, the customer-facing payment portals, the card-present terminal workflows, and the back-office reconciliation services. We design, ship, and operate. They sell, support, and own the customer relationship.

If you are a NetSuite shop and you need payments to actually work end-to-end — from the customer hitting Pay through to the funds landing in your bank and the invoice closing in NetSuite — Nimbus Payments is the product. IFC is the engineering behind it.

Strategic capital and operations partner

A private investment equity company

We hold a long-term operating partnership with a private investment equity company that operates a portfolio of mid-market businesses across financial services, professional services, and operations advisory.

Within that portfolio, Investment Fidelity Company serves as the in-house technology arm. We build the financial automation, internal portals, integration layers, and reporting tools that hold the operating businesses together. The work spans bookkeeping automation, multi-entity finance management, internal admin tooling, and the bespoke applications each portfolio company needs to scale without drowning in spreadsheets.

This relationship is why IFC is a small team that consistently ships at scale. We do not anonymize the work because of NDAs — we anonymize it because the value is the technology pattern, not the individual company name.
